Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) is excited to announce that we are hiring a part-time Program Associate to help manage our current fellowship cohort and the 2025-2026 application cycle. About the Role:
The Program Associate will play a key role in helping PiLA organize and coordinate our fellowship program, which connects passionate individuals with partner organizations across Latin America. The Program Associate will support our team in managing all aspects of program coordination and logistics, as well as assisting with administrative and fundraising tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the application process for the upcoming fellowship cohort
- Coordinate communication between applicants, fellows, and partner organizations
- Assist with social media, web design, and program outreach
- Help organize fundraising and development initiatives
- Contribute to general program coordination and office administration
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work 10-15 hours per week in a hybrid format at our office in Princeton. The ideal candidate is a graduate student with a passion for service, global engagement, and nonprofit development.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Interest in nonprofit development and international relations
- Familiarity with social media platforms, fundraising tools, or web design (a plus)
Compensation:
- $17.50–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
