Princeton in Latin America (PiLA), now in its sixteenth year of service, matches nonprofit organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean with recent college graduates to serve as Fellows, improving the quality of life and enhancing socioeconomic opportunities in the region. Through this partnership, organizations benefit greatly from the talents, knowledge and ingenuity that our Fellows bring to each position. In turn, Fellows hone leadership and professional skills with the hope that they come to constitute a globalized citizenship dedicated to a participatory and inclusive civil society. PiLA is a 501(c)(3) organization with offices on the Princeton University campus. PiLA has an annual operating budget of $340,000.
