Compensation:
- Hourly wage: $17.50 - $20.00, based on experience and skill level.

Position Overview:
Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Program Associate. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector while working on various aspects of PiLA’s operations, including development, social media management, web design, program coordination, and various administrative tasks.
You will work closely with PiLA’s Executive Director to support the organization’s mission of connecting recent graduates with impactful fellowships in Latin America and the Caribbean. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment, with a commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising & Development Support:
- Update all stakeholder information in HubSpot, PiLA's CRM platform.
- Assist in researching potential donors, writing grant proposals, and supporting fundraising campaigns.
- Help manage donor databases and track engagement metrics.
- Social Media & Web Design:
- Support content management for PiLA’s social media platforms (Instagram, , LinkedIn).
- Update and maintain the PiLA website, including design adjustments and content management.
- Program Coordination:
- Assist with event planning, such as virtual info sessions, alumni events, and outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics and communication with current fellows, alumni, and partner organizations.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing email correspondence, and assisting with office operations.
- Maintain and organize digital files, databases, and documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in management, development, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in social media management, web design, or content creation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic web management platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar).
- Familiarity with or interest in Latin America and its cultural, political, or social landscape is a plus.
