As a courtesy and to ensure timely submission of all materials, we suggest that you give your recommenders plenty of notice. Make sure they understand that their recommendations must be submitted via the online process. PiLA cannot process any hard copy application materials, including recommendations. No incomplete or late applications will be processed.
The recommendation form contains a few quick details to fill out, followed by a field where the recommender can copy and paste a letter or a few paragraphs. Recommenders can open and view the form before submitting.
